If there are no internet appointments available with your preferred GP this means either he or she is on annual leave, or that all the available internet slots with your preferred GP have been already taken. There are only a certain number of internet bookable slots available every day, so that those patients who do not have access to the internet are not disadvantaged and still have equal access to the doctors at the surgery. If you want to see a particular GP and no internet slots are available, please phone the surgery in the morning as you are still more than likely to be able to get an appointment on the day to see him or her.

If you do not wish to use the online appointments system, please call at reception or telephone, we are open from 08:00 - 18:30.
We operate an Advanced Access Appointment System and all surgeries are by appointment only on the same day you wish to be seen. We can also offer a limited number of pre-booked appointments up to one month in advance.
It is also possible to book next day appointments online. This service is available from 07:30 on the day in question.
After you arrive at the surgery, if you do not need to speak directly with a receptionist you can use our 'self check-in' touch screen system to log your arrival. We also have a patient call display system to inform you when it is time for you to be seen.
We would like to stress that appointments are for one person and usually one problem only. Please do not try to squeeze other people in with you.
Patients are advised that there are SystmOnline apps available for Android and Apple smartphone and tablet devices. These apps enable patients to manage their healthcare on the move, and are available for download free of charge by clicking on the icons below. If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible either via the online appointments system or by telephone in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
